Former Special Prosecutor Elez Blakaj's prosecutor has reacted after the State Chief Prosecutor's statements, Alexander Lumez, after the latter stated that “against all challenges, I have had the privilege of exercising the post of chief state prosecutor exclusively guided by the interests of the prosecutorial system and the implementation of constitutional and legal competencies”. Elezaj has returned to Facebook with a letter accusing Lumez of streaming, leaks of information and wages 2000 euros after the mandate, Periscope follows.
You've got the chief prosecutor..., you're forgetting there's enough evidence that shows exactly how you came and what you really did during your term! The flow of information from the meetings you've had with your close, reliable collaborators to the records, is well attested to by which interests you've been led! That's why I'm not surprised you're used to letting each other go! So it's a typical product of the mentality you've developed, so don't be surprised that you even have some candidates for the Chief Prosecutor! As for the privilege of carrying out the task that the chief prosecutor fully understands you, please don't forget your dostine, because he has his share in that privilege! It's a pity that even after the end of your mandate, you'll continue to get more than 2,000 ($2,000) or 70% of your salary, from the budget of citizens who can barely believe! ” wrote Elez Blakaj.
We remember that the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) at the first meeting held for 2022 had made a decision to announce a competition for the appointment of the chief state prosecutor.
This is after Alexander Lumez, who currently exercises this position, completes his mandate on April 21, 2022.
The competition for the post has been open 15 days after its proclamation, beginning January 17th. /Periscope. com/
