Led food is often considered a sin, though difficult to resist.
Despite this, however, all agree that food is healthier when cooked in steam, consumed, or baked.
Scientific studies have confirmed that frying food increases the level of fats and calories that you consume, especially when food is cooked with bread crumbs before frying, fry at low temperatures, or rub lots of food at the same time and at the same pot.
The latter reduces oil temperature, and this increases the amount of time needed for frying. As a result, the amount of fat absorbed in food during cooking increases dramatically.
Fats and calories in fried foods increase the risk of showing many health problems.
Obessity
Food rich in fats has many calories. One gram of fat offers 9 calories, significantly more than the calories offered from the same amount of protein or carbs. If you eat food regularly, then the likelihood of becoming overweight is very high. A 2013 study published in “Nutriation, Metabolism and Cardiovascular Diseases” found that the consumption of fried foods more than four times a week increases the risk of showing obesity significantly more than those who consume such foods less than twice a week.
Brain Attack
Brain attack is one of the most common diseases in places where much fried food is consumed. If you consume such food at least six times a week, the likelihood of brain attacks increases by 41% compared with people who consume them less than once a month. If you rub your food into fats filled with butter, fat, or coconut oil, you will be more predisposed to have high cholesterol and suffer from heart disease.
Diabetes
A study published in “Care” in April 2011 found that regular consumption of fried foods is directly linked to type 2 diabetes. Another study published in the magazine “Nuture & Food Science” suggested that women who eat fried food daily are more likely to suffer from diabetes than those who eat less of it.
Cancer
Restricting amounts of fried food helps reduce the likelihood of showing prostate cancer. People who once a week eat food, such as pancakes, fish, chicken, or fried potatoes, are more vulnerable to prostate cancer than those who eat food less than once a week.
