Sugar consumption is generally harmful to health. There are many foods containing sugar, such as soft drinks, fruit juices, nongures of different tastes, and even various salad sauces. To improve your health and body weight adjustment, you do well to reduce your sugar consumption. Below is a three-day body detoxification plan:
Day HISTORY
LEARGE: A cup of cereal mixed with berries, sunflower seeds, and almond seeds, or other dried fruits, eventually omole with three fried eggs.
DRECA: Chicken breasts with boiled vegetables (coughs, carrots, raisins, beans) and almonds.
DARKA: Baked fish with boiled peas or salmon with brocol and mushrooms.

But now you can combine it with boiled spinach.
DREKA: Sculp baked with red and yellow peppers and on lemons, green cabbage salads and crushed carrots at the top with olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, and salt.
DARKA: Mixed vegetables or beans soup, brocoli - baked mills, and grilled raisins.
Day THREE
LEARN: The same thing as the first two days, but you can combine the omelet with a salad with cabbage, deer, and nuts.
DREKA: Chicken baked with rosemary and lemon or chicken baked in onions, black olives and trumpet leaves.
