Critical for Z RREAH for the definition formula of allowed revenues for KEDS and KESCO

In a discussion on the way to determine access granted by regulated operators in the electricity sector, university professor Florin Aliu has expressed his concerns to Mr. RRE's for the way and methodology of determining revenues for KEDS and KESCO.
