Kosovo diplomat says such attacks on Rohde are aimed at encouraging extremists in Kosovo.
Days earlier, Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, has named German Ambassador Rohde anti-Serb because the head of the German Embassy in Kosovo has expressed his stance against Serbia's demand for troop returns to Kosovo.
