Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic has said his country is willing to help Kosovo on the road to start.

Albin Kurti's prime minister has officially submitted Kosovo's application for membership in the European Union.
He has called it a historic day for Kosovo on Thursday, when he has submitted the application for EU candidate state status in Prague.
