Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, travel towards Brussels. EU diplomacy chief Josep Borrell and special representative for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak will be expected there.

Kurti and Vuciq will initially hold separate meetings with Brussels officials, reports N1 in Belgrade, the subsidiary of the renowned international media, CNN.

What is yet known is who the first bilateral meeting will be held with.

Also scheduled is a trilateral meeting -- that is, a Kurti-Vucciq confrontation -- according to N1, but the development of this meeting is said to depend on “the flow and results of bilateral negotiations”, as well as on the preliminary approach of the two leaders.

Vuciq and Kurt sat at the negotiating table for the last time on August 18th, when they agreed to meet once a month to solve current problems and prevent possible escalation of tensions.

In Brussels, they hope that negotiations will not last long and that everything can be completed by noon.
