Peci has said that in addition to suspending the decision on license plates, the US and EU now require implementation of the Association Agreement.

According to him, from the Franco-German proposal, attention is moving to normalising the situation in the country's countries.

Conscious or not, says Peci, Kosovo has given itself an autoglogue.

He wrote:

After the Kosovo government refused to extend the deadline for the construction of illegal license plates in the north of the country, now in addition to the suspension of this decision, it is being demanded by the US and the EU and the implementation of the association agreement.

Well, association can't be put into life without completely functioning municipal institutions in the north of the country. The Serbian List and Serbia know very well that without being part of institutions, association cannot be realised. With the Serbian List's decision to leave the institutions, it is shown that they are not meant for association, but for a special autonomous status or de-factional North. This is evidenced by the fact that the Serb community in other parts of the country is developing its institutional life in a normal way.

Well, unfortunately in these circumstances, the focus is being carried by” the Franco-German proposal” for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, in normalising the situation in the north of the country, and that at least suits our country. With consciousness or unconsciousness, we have given ourselves an autogogue.

Now we have to try not only not to lose, but to win, that we're in a game that's in the middle of it.

Well, to win this game, we need to know that politics is the art of possibility, and not the art of justice, because only the right doesn't protect any country in international relations. In the case of small countries, what is Kosovo, they are protected through partnerships and alliances with Western key countries.

I'm afraid this is where we mix policy-making cables, both in the sense of politics and justice in international relations.
