In an emergency meeting called by Josep Borrell, Kosovo has proposed suspending further stages for plates, in exchange for Serbia to stop issuing illegal license plates and Serbia begins the process of talks based on the latest proposal supported by Germany and France. Surprisingly, this was rejected”, Bajrami wrote on Twitter.
Kurti and Vuciq did not agree on the license plates Serbia releases for Serb residents in Kosovo. European Union High Representative Josep Borrell said his proposal was accepted by Vuciqi, but was rejected by Kurti.
