2-6 years old
The little ones are known for their snacks and their desire to eat only one specific meal. According to pediatrics, this age needs more fiber and fruit. The ideal breakfast would be an egg divided into small portions, accompanied by a little avocados and fruits behind. The egg holds vitamin D and iron that are important to bone and muscle development.

The important thing for this stage is calcium and vitamin D, but during this likely period, children refuse to receive the right nutrients. Combine fruits for carbohydrates, seeds, yogurt, and milk. Of course, not forgetting to include vegetables in their dishes.
Teenagers (13-17)
