Which of the generations is happier and fulfilled?
This is a topic of discussion, a debate that may never end. New generation enjoys physical health and is excited about what the future will bring. Older people have acquired the wisdom of the years and view life from another perspective, while the middle age group enjoys greater financial stability and has the luxury of enjoying the best of both worlds.
To give an answer to the less happy generation, many studies, surveys, and so on, it was found that prosperity increases fairly with age. In that case, the lowest welfare levels were noted at Gen Z (born in 1997) in various dimensions of life.
The experts studied the data in 6 key aspects of welfare: happiness and satisfaction from life, physical and mental health, meaning and purpose, character and values, closed social ties, and financial and material stability.
A total of 2,598 surveys gathered in five age groups, from the oldest to the youngest. The Silent Generation (77 and older), Boomers (58 to 76), Gen X (42 to 57), Millienyls (26 to 41) and Gen Z (18-25).
In interpreting these results, the authors of the study stress what it is and is no longer important to this data. The discovery that generations of older age often report high levels of well - being, despite frequent concerns of physical health and fixed income, is not as surprising as we said that new age groups not only have no economic stability, but recently have increased significantly and another concern: coping with mental health problems that directly affect prosperity.
