Such a sad case that allegedly occurred several times in Klokot has recently been discovered, and this time the victim is a minor.
Signal sources within the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that a girl allegedly was sexually abused by a 38-year-old, at least twice, while she was under 16 years of age. This shocking case was uncovered by the victim's brother, who was forced to announce to the police that his sister was allegedly violated by the person with whom she was in a relationship.
Based on the testimony of the victim given to the State Attorney, the suspect has sexually abused her during the past year, but there are no details of whether there were other cases at different times when the same person had sexual relations with the minor.
As a result of the indictment of the case, the suspect has been identified and escorted to the police station, where he has issued his statement about the work he is in charge of.
After completing the police procedures, the State Prosecutor has issued a verdict that suspects be appointed the detention measure during the 48-hour term and within the legal deadline, the prosecution is expected to apply for the deployment of the security measure to the competent court.
