The 0th stage of breast cancer, or carcinoma in cyto ducit (DCIS), occurs when there are abnormal cells in milk channels, but these cells have not spread beyond the canal wall to reach surrounding tissue, blood flow, or lymph nodes.
DCIS is noninvasive and sometimes called “parakancer”. Anyway, DCIS has the potential to become invasive (noinvasive medical procedure that does not involve the introduction of equipment into the body).
Generally, there are no symptoms of breast cancer at stage 0, although from time to time it can cause a bump in the breast or flow of blood into the nipple.

The exact cause of breast cancer at stage 0 is not clear, but the situation may be more common among people who:
They have personal history with breast cancer
They have family history of breast cancer or genetic mutation
They were born after 30 or never pregnant
They've had their period before they were 12
They've experienced menopauses after age 55
Living - style factors may increase the chances of having this situation:
physical inactivity
Large body size after menopause
Alcohol Abuse
Smoking
Because of a lack of symptoms, this phase can be revealed only through routine examinations in experts.
