Survivors of heart attack who are fat about the abdomen area are more exposed to danger by another blow. This is the conclusion of a new study that gives us another reason why measuring the waist may be more important than just how we look on the outside.
Having a round belly, although you may be weak everywhere, increases the likelihood of having a heart attack. The latest study, published Monday in the European Journal of Preventionary Cardiology, has found a link between the fat of the belly and the risk of a subsequent heart attack or stroke. According to scholars, the relationship was especially strong in men.

“Abdominal obesity increases not only the risk of a first heart attack or stroke, but also the risk of repeated events following the first disaster”, said Dr. Hanieh Mohammad of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, in a press release.
Maintaining a healthy waist perimeter is important to prevent future attacks and heart attacks, no matter how healthy blood tests are.
The study found that the fat of the abdomen was linked to heart attacks and independent blows from other risk factors, such as smoking, diabetes, hypertension, body mass index, and preventative treatments. Researchers point out that the waist's perimeter was a more important marker than general obesity.

The most endangered resulted in men compared with women. According to the study, the risk for women occurs when the waist is more than 18 inches [80 cm] wide and in men's wider than 94cm. The danger is thought to increase significantly in men who have a height of 100 inches [1 102 cm] and 8 inches [ 88 cm] in women.
What you need to do is prevent danger from a healthy diet and physical activity.
