Prizren: The cut trees in the park gave it to a private company, the prosecution makes a decision against the official

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the State Criminals Department, has indicated that he has requested the appointment of the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Prizren against indictees I.O., who, by the State Prosecutor's decision, is placed under a 48-hour ban.

A media communiqué says that according to request, suspect I.O., with a date of 27.01.2022 in the quality of the official person ʹ as a supervisor, respectively, the forest engineer with the Forest Authority under the Prizren municipality has acted contrary to the request of the Directorate of Public Services of this municipality, which had demanded that trees cut into Prizren's town park, be sent to the Forestry Service's spaces.
