The decision says that local Public Company “The bus station” in Ferizaj is responsible for violating the provision of Article 8 points 1 and 2 of the Labour Law and sanctioned by Article 91 points of the Labour Law for contempt of legal procedure during the admission of a public sector employee.

She said irregularities also noted during oral testing.

The same irregularities occurred even in the oral testing process, when the same candidate that came first by point did not last more than 3 minutes at the place where all candidates were tested, while I was tested for about 15 minutes and commission members openly confirmed that I was successful in all the questions they asked me.”, she said.

Krosa Sadiku has another call for Ferizaj's institutions. She says she'll demand her right to the end.
