To start the day well that morning, work has to be done the night before.
“Extreme Production” and lecturer at “Harward Business School”, Robert Pozen, in a proposal for New York Post, advises:
A night ago, establish a regime and see what you're doing and what your purpose is for what you're doing. I suggest you practice a schematic two columns. In the left column, set all appointments and calls, and on the right, write down the goal. (Ask yourself) What will I benefit from this?”
His next morning advice as productive as it is simple: Take out the clothes you wear the next night before, so you will not think about it at all, and you can start the day easier.
I'm against starting the day with a boring morning”, says Pozen.
