Former Premier Legers' judge was interviewed this morning by Alan Brazil, Ally McCoist and English football player Joe Marler.
During the discussion, Marler mentioned Sarah Cox, who became the first woman judge to refer to the football Premiership earlier this month, broadcast Periscope.
He asked Klattenburg if he thinks there might be a woman judge at Premier League.
We've always had an assistant judge at Premier League. Sian Messey, now we have a woman judge in the League of Football, Rebecca Welch,” answered Klattenburg.
So women are starting to develop into men's game. If you see UEFA, a French woman, referred to the Super Cup final. So UEFA is taking more and more women.
And the problem with women is, and especially in reference, they have a difficult way where, if they're pregnant in a career as a judge, they can prevent them on the long way.
They must choose whether to get pregnant and have children, or if they want to become judges.” /Periscope. com/
