Kurti has also announced the government's plan and reforms undertaken in justice for fighting corruption.
The pair also discussed the issue of visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
“Thanking for the support the European Union has provided for the country's economic and social development, Prime Minister Kurti announced President von der Layen for the Economic Investment Plan with over 100 concrete government ministries projects, amounting to 2.8 billion euros and helping create a powerful base for the country's development”, the report said.

The prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has hosted European Commission President Mrs. Ursula von der Leyeen.
Thanks to the support the European Union has given for the country's economic and social development, Prime Minister Kurti announced to President von der Layen for the Economic Investment Plan with over 100 concrete projects by the government ministries, amounting to 2.8 billion euros and helping create a powerful base for the country's development.
The prime minister spoke of the governing programme and reforms undertaken in justice, as well as the uncompetitive fight against corruption.
President von der Leyen and Prime Minister Kurti discussed government commitments in the area of rule of law and key reforms for development and EU integration.
Reforms were discussed, as well as EU support for education and youth, and especially for the importance of the dual learning system, whose implementation will affect lower unemployment, especially young people
The conversation had particular emphasis on visa liberalisation and Kosovo's EU integration process.
Regional co-operation, and particularly greater economic co-operation among countries in the region under the Berlin Process and the implementation of the Common Regional Market, was stressed as necessary.
Regarding the situation with the pandemic, Prime Minister Kurti thanked President von der Leenen for his EU support in meeting the Republic of Kosovo with the COVID-19 virus. He announced with marked inoculation progress, where even though Kosovo has begun last, it is now above the region average of 62% of the population designated for one dose and 41% two doses.
In this direction, the EU's COVID-19 certificates and the initiative of procedures to become members of the EU Digital Certificate for COVID were also discussed.
