Under this decision, secured by the signal, it is imposed that all vehicles bearing Serbia's license plates and enter Kosovo are equipped with temporary license plates, which, under this decision, equipd with these license plates is done at all Kosovo border points.
The plates must be placed in visible locations, and taxes of 5 euros must be paid for the equipment.

The temporary license equipment for all vehicles carrying Serbia's license plates and entering the territory of the Republic of Kosovo is off limits. Equipment with temporary license plates takes place at all points in the border crossing of the Republic of Kosovo.
The drivers of the vehicles are permitted to place their temporary license plates in visible locations, before and behind the vehicle.
The validity of the temporary license plates is 60 days.
The tax on temporary plates from the 1st point of this decision is 5 euros.
The sides will be equipped with confirmation as replacement for the vehicle registration certificate.
The Civil Recording Agency and Kosovo Police are under way for implementing this decision.
