Most of us have heard of the ciradarian rhythm, the 24-hour natural biological cycle that regulates sleep patterns. Infradies are less familiar. In simple terms, infrared rhythms are natural cycles that occur in the human body and last more than 24 hours.
“Infra” means beyond, so infrastructure is translated into “beyond a day”. Basically, an infrared rhythm is a body cycle that exceeds the rhythm of the Cphidia, or daily cycle. The most controversial infradia rhythm is the menstrual cycle, yet seasonal environmental disorder can be classified as such.
Using the concept of infrared rhythms can help you to understand and work on the monthly course of body cycles, including the menstrual cycle (if you have one).
The menstrual cycle has four main stages, which are created by different levels of hormones:
Menstrual phase: Days 1-5 (examp)
The foliocular phase: Days 6-14 (begins on the first day of menstruation and ends with ovulation)
Duration phase: Days 12-16 (usually in the middle of the cycle, about two weeks or more before menstruation)
Prayary phase: Days 17 28 (shown after ovulation and before menstruation)

Of course, these stages may vary from person to person. Knowing the unique infradia rhythm, you can begin to understand how you change both physically and mentally during each of these four stages.
The more you care and attention to your infrared rhythm, the more positive you will see in all aspects of your daily life.
The most obvious effect of your infrared rhythm is period and symptoms of premanstrual syndrome (PMS), but there are also many predictable fluctuations, such as:
Energy levels
Metabolism
Immmunity system
Spirituality
Focus
Following your monthly pace infradia, you can begin to adjust and work in harmony with multiple systems in your body. A few examples:
1. Psychologicality and mental health: Changing hormones during the menstrual cycle can have an important impact on spirituality and mental health. Pay yourself time during this period. Avoid stressful activities, plan appointments, and try to reduce stress.
2. Diet and Training: Infradia rhythm also affects metabolism. Have you ever felt swollen and heavy before menstruation? Pay attention to your appetite levels, and reach out for more calories during the Lutheran phase. Listen to the body.
3. Sleep and rest: Many report weaker sleep qualities during the Lutheran stage and during menstruation. Take a nap. Stay away from the phone screen. Or if sleep does not improve, talk to a professional.
Planning your pace
The average monthly menstrual cycle may range from 21 to 35 days, so there is a wide range of what is [healthful]. Mark periods to make sure of dates. You can use tests to understand ovum.
For example, you may have a period of periods that lasts four days, a folic phase that lasts for 10 days, a phase of ovulation that lasts three days and a Lutheran phase that lasts 13 days. So a 30-day cycle.
As you get to know your cycle, you may begin to develop a plan for diet, training, sleep, and social life based fully on personal rhythms.
