A Dubai company said to have made a mega-off to pay off Barcelona's team's debts, Periscope follows.
Barcelona is at 1.5 billion euros in debt and may be unable to repay it if it does not accept such an offer.
Catalans were also forced to share the streets with Lionel Messin during this summer, just as a result of the financial crisis.
Now, if Barca accepts the offer, they will immediately accept 1.5 billion euros, meaning the club would stabilise financially.
It remains to be seen whether Barcelona will accept any such offer and accept investments from Dubai. /Periscopi/
