Prime Minister Albin Kurti has authorized Mr. Flamur Kadriu, currently director of the Directorate for Public Service within AUV, conducts all the duties and responsibilities of the head-in-chief of this agency, until it announces the results of the competition for the appointment of AUV chief.
The prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, reportedly in the communiqué, aimed at respecting the principle of legitimacy in the subordinate institutions of the Prime Minister's Office, abolishs the decision through which Mr. Naser Krasniqi, deputy head of the Food and Veterinary Agency (AUV), is authorised to carry out AUV chief's duties.
It should be noted that the Law for Public Officials does not envision the position of AUV deputy chief, which Mr. Krasniqi has been entrusted with the leadership of this agency. Consequently, with the goal of ensuring the implementation of the rule and the law, the prime minister has abolished the decision that has lost the legal base and has appointed the new fraud of AUV chief-in-chief's office.
