Contagion tickets clash Minister Aliu with Lekaj deputy

Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Minister Lieburn Aliu has stated that about the contract for contagious tickets they have found two audience reports within a single month, which according to him one report recommends signing that contract and the other report rejects it. Aliu at today's plenary session of the Kosovo Parliament said that there should be investigations by the prosecution on this matter.
“We have two reports of the audience within a single month, is the date 13,07.2020 and 25.08.2020. One says it must be signed. I'm quoting the Ministry of Infrastructure's senior management that as soon as possible sign the supply agreement with the company “Autto Control Kosova” and gives clarifications as possible. The other, the same audience, even for the same ministry person, gives a month before that has been another report that says it doesn't. So, based on this report and based on the interpretation by the prime minister's legal office at the time it was signed, when it turns out there's another report, so when we begin to realize that there's another report within the ministry a month before and that it was made by the same audience... Of course, it takes investigation from the time the show of interest, not competition, and we are ready for co-operation with the audience, prosecutors, investigators and invite them to come”, the minister Aliu said.
To Minister Aliu, AAK deputy Paul Lekaj has reacted, who said he during the time he was a minister has not signed such a contract.
You've wanted to remind me that I had a contract, which is not true and never in my office as minister. I'm telling the citizens of Kosovo that I didn't have such a contract, nor did I have a signature. The legal effect begins from the moment contracts were signed and there was no signing of the contract, there was bidding, but it wasn't by Minister”, he said.
Minister Aliu has also responded to criticism of the signing of one stem contracts from this ministry.
Everyone who talks and knows what it is, knows it's about extra work, each contract has the potential for additional jobs up to 10 percent. So, when Pristina Street- Podujevo or Pristina road - Mitrovica or Brezovica Road never ends, and it always remains so open it somehow needs to be closed and it's an opportunity, it's those extra jobs that the contract has seen. So, in the contract that you made at the time you were you've given up on extra work and when there's a chance there's additional work of course that 10 percent of the additional work finalized jobs”, Aliu said.
By contrast, the Ministry of Infrastructure in July has suspended the decision on sticky tickets, which had sparked numerous reactions from parties and citizens, as they considered the 5 euro fee additional. The sticky tickets had to be placed in cars after they passed technical control.
