How many hours did you sleep last night? What about the night before? How much sleep do you need? Maintaining a certain bedtime may not be your priority, but good sleep is important to your health.
You may not realize it, but the amount of sleep can affect anything, the weight and metabolic, to the function and state of the brain. Time for going to bed changes according to social life, working hours, family obligations, the newest show on Netflix, or just when you start feeling tired.
Some general sleep instructions for different age groups:
Newborn babies 3 months: 14 to 17 hours
4 to 11 months: 12 to 16 hours
1 to 2 years old: 11 to 14 hours
3 to 5 years old: 10 to 13 hours
6 to 12 years of age: 9 to 12 hours
13 to 18 years of age: 8 to 10 hours
18 to 64: 7 to 9 hours
65 and older: 7 to 8 hours
Our sleep needs are different, even within the same age group. Some people may need at least nine hours of sleep to feel good, while others in the same age group may sleep 7 hours or less.
Here is what you should be aware of when you appreciate your need for sleep:
Are you feeling good after seven hours of sleep, or do you need at least eight or nine?
Do you have any sleep during the day?
Do you need caffeine so that you don't get sleepy?
Sleep Calculator
Sleeptime is based on:
Wakey Time
The completion of five or six sleep cycles
15 minutes before you fall asleep.
Next, find a sleeping calculator. In the first column is the waking hour in the morning, the second hour is set if you need to sleep at night for 7 hours and a little sleep, and in the third hour when you need to sleep if you need 9 hours of sleep.

Of course, the schedule can change because it simply serves as a general guide.
