If you don't even have a dermatologist on your medical examination list, you should reconsider the list. This is not just about beauty treatments, fillers, or botocks. In the U.S., the bypass of many visits has caused many serious skin problems to be seized and subsequently treated by doctors.
Dermatologist Orit Markowitz suggests that “other than self-control”, go at least once a year to a dermatologist: for your face, moles and skin in general. He says the “annual control of skin cancer with a dermatologist is necessary”. Especially if the doctor uses dermascope.
Dermascope is a hand - size device with the size of a mobile phone, and it uses light and zooming to provide extreme skin vision. This allows dermatologists to determine better whether a country is a cause for concern or not, increasing diagnosis sensitivity by 30% and catching cancers before going too far.
A clinical review published in the magazine Dermatology Practical & Conceptual found that while most of the melanomas found using a dermatoscope were in place (only in epiderme), 40 percent of the melanomas found during tests had advanced to the lymph nodes.
Other studies estimate that pandemic has led to a delay in diagnosis and treatment of over 1 million skin cancers.
