Albin Kurti's <x0). This is not only our based view but also the view of civil society, strategic partners of our Republic, and any citizen who is clearly seeing the actions of this power. Therefore, we would fight against any democratic and legal means of this arbitrary offensive”, he wrote.
The PDK's chief of deputies has said that Kurti government has a clear tendency to break down any actual institutional tradition.
“Parliamentary Group The PDK has already submitted its unconstitutional decision to the Constitutional Court for the dismissal of the Independent Supervisory Commission for the Kosovo Civil Service. Since the conception of the idea to intervene in this institution, in irrational assessment and arbitrary action on its dismissal, as well as in other independent institutions, there is a clear tendency to break down any actual institutional tradition, brutally and in conflict with the laws of the Constitution. But we will confront this power, not only with this case, but with every case of violations it is taking with intent, at the expense of the public and independent institutions of our state”, he has said.
