1. Kiss relieves stress by lowering the level of cortisol, the stress hormone.
2. Kisses remove headaches and cramps. It is very simple, stress can cause various body pains, but kissing comes to the aid of lowering the cortisol.
3. A quick romantic kiss can burn 2-3 calories, while the brake kiss (the French kiss) can burn more than 5 calories. A one-minute kiss can cause you to lose 26 calories.
4. People exchange saliva during kiss, and it is known to contain certain types of substances, where germs, minerals, and proteins are not lacking. Based on research, the exchange of these substances during the kiss can reflect on improved immunity and production of antibodies that make the interaction of the body's protective substances more efficient against various diseases.
5. Studies say that couples who are kissed live five years longer than those who do not kiss.
