The Court of Appeals about two months ago turned the case into retrial after it was deemed that its act was not compiled on the basis of legal provisions.
At this hearing, the prosecutor of the case, Arben Ismajli, confirmed that they have accepted the report of the Forenzic Psychiatry Institute, where, according to the prosecutor, the report shows Mavrovqani carried out the murder deliberately.
But, according to the lawyer, Edsim Vranovci, this is a generalised report and shows nothing about the critical day.
Vranovci filed a request for Mavrovqan to become a super expertise to show the circumstances that have affected the accused in the murder of his wife, Sabilla.
Even in this session, Noah Mavrovqan again pleaded guilty, saying that he did not do the work on purpose.
The brother and sister of the deceased, Sabel Mavrovqan, and the accused's mother and sister, Nuhi Mavroqani, are witnessing for this occasion at the trial.
The publication of their testimony was not allowed by the court.
