Britney Spears' war to end the custody that controlled her life will return to court today, in a session that could completely change the case.
In a rare testimony last month, the singer said the custody had been <x0bobusive” and for the first time called for the conclusion of the legal agreement that has given her father and other people control of her personal life and career for 13 years.
What happened next caused a lot of unrest about the case that had been kept secret for years: The court-appointed lawyer Samuel Dngham sought to resign; the property management firm, Bessemer Trust, was withdrawn from the management of property; the longtime manager withdrew; her father, Jamie Spears, asked the court to investigate the singer's claims; lawyers involved in the case have been sharply debated in the court processes.
Doubtful is whether Britney will be able to hire a lawyer. Inngham, her lawyer, has faced a strong investigation after Spears said in court that she did not know she could apply to complete custody. The data has shown that Spears for years opposed custody, but Ingham, who has been paid millions of her wealth, has never applied for an end.
Inngham was appointed by the court when he was first placed in custody in 2008.
Spears has been in contact with Mathew reports Rosengart, a Hollywood lawyer and former federal prosecutor who is expected to attend this week's hearing. Experts say that if Britney manages to hire a lawyer, the issue could change in its favour.

This signals that the whole thing is finally falling apart. For me, it's the last real start,” told Guardian Megan Radford, an old movement activist #FreeBritney.
Kevin Wu, another lawyer, says she's optimistic that her “liance is coming soon”. “This is bigger than Britney. There are many people under abusive custody. Attention to her case I hope she will bring justice to many of these people,” he said.
The American Civil Freedom Union and other human rights groups submitted an announcement this week in support of Britney's right to hire its lawyer.
