Government Kurti proposes head of ZERE Board educated in Serbia in 2016

The Kosovo government at its meeting held yesterday ( Wednesday), has nominated candidates for two positions of board members of the Energy Regulatory Office and the chairman of this board. Among the proposed members is Vehbi Sofiu, who had doctored in Kraguyevc, Serbia, in 2016. [...]
For the board chairman of the Kosovo Energy Regulatory Office, the government has nominated two candidates -- Ymer Feyzullahu and Vehbi Sofiun.
Sofiu graduated in 2016 and was among the students from Kosovo, who had accepted diplomas from the University of Kraguyevci in Serbia. The university's rector was Nebojsa Arsenijevic.
Serbian media, that year, had reported as scandalous matter for the fact that, as reported, Albanian students had graduated on topics related to Kosovo independence.
Contacted by the Kosovo media in 2016, some of the visiting students had denied it. They have said they have practiced within the framework of the European Centre for Peace and Development (ECPD), which had several subsidiarys in the region. But, Serbian media reported that all these doctoral dissertations, found now, printed during 2016, and directly referred to the Rector Nebojsa Arsenijevic.
“Albanian students skillfully avoid the name of the Kraguyevci university in their CVs, mentioned only the European Centre for Peace and Development”, wrote “objective.rs”.
The member proposed yesterday by the Government, Mr. Sofiu, had doctored on the „topic. The impact of polluted air on solar panels in Kosovo had taken over the title "Doctor of Technical Sciences."
Sofiu has also been nominated for the position of member of the ZERE Board, along with Gani Bukaj, Arjeta Pajaziti Qrim and Lutfije Dervisin.
(This seems to be a degree issued by the University of Kraguyevci in 2013, signed by Kragujevci University Rector Nebojsa Arsenijevic)
Yesterday, Prime Minister Albin Kurti himself, in his announcement of the government meeting in which he was absent, but led Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, announced the government's proposal regarding the names for the Energy Regulatory Office Board:
