Salty seawater is a tonic for respiratory leafing, dry skin, and eczema treatment.
The sea helps a healthier and more friendly way of life with the environment, as children stay in touch with nature for a long time. The benefits come not only from contact with water but also from small fish that can be seen on shallows or crabs on rocks that can become the new “friends with which your children will be approached.
The sun is good for children's bones, their spirituality, and it encourages sleep. Of course, it is extremely important that young ones be exposed to the sun only during less hot hours and when the sun is not very strong.
For children, the beach is a real natural laboratory - they are slowly known by water, experience different touching feelings, and experience different contacts with the world around them as wet or dry sand. A great playground where they can learn a lot.
Children enjoy the beach, playing and repeating their favorite activities endlessly. They will easily create new friendships with children of the same age group.
Last but not least, children sleep really well at night, allowing us parents to enjoy some quiet hours.
