Haliti said their [Serbia] effort is not to succeed in being stable states.

“22 years from the liberation of Kosovo has somehow found Kosovo more due to pointless disagreements and disputes between political parties and protagonists designated for numerous causes. From no experience, I doubt a system has been introduced which is prepared by the second memorandum of the Academy of Sciences of Serbia, not only for Kosovo, but also for Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia; generally for all former republics and provinces that have then been called Yugoslavia”.

And their try is that neither we, Croatians, nor Bosniaks manage to be stable states. Serbian secret services never stop. They are present everywhere, in all territories and have a long history of action, in particular the military service that has been the KOS then, is very powerful”.

Contract Haliti says he doesn't believe we have a politician who serves Serbia today in Kosovo.

We have the habit and practice of telling each other, and that's the easiest charge we make to someone but I don't believe there's a politician serving Serbia today in Kosovo, since the new generation is now in politics. Now those who used to be, the crustic part or backbone of services was the link of Yugoslavia's communists. This includes the League of Kosovo Communists, and these are trusting a large portion of them have grown old and tired and do not have the role they once had”.

He says Prime Minister Albin Kurti has an approach to governance, as if still in the opposition.

“Proceeds with those old songs of opposition, accusing the then position. I would like this government Kurti to work and determine if there are shortcomings in the past, but this government should improve and not only deal with the” press conferences.
