This final report represents the fulfillment of one of the September 4th Accords reached between Hoti Government and the United States of America.
Incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti has openly said he will not respect this agreement, Periscopi follows.
It is not known what his comment will be on this report, which Periscope will examine.
