But where does this national rank take into account all the nationals that have performed in European championships? A total of 11 countries have failed to collect a single point in the [...] phase.

Statistically, Turkey's national is fifth among the EURO weaknesses.
Denmark in 2000 had received 8 goals but had not achieved any one.
The Dobs had also played Bulgaria [2004], the Republic of Ireland [2012] and Yugoslavia [1984]. All of this was -8.
Turkey's goal was -7, and the difference was made by that late goal of Irfan Kahveci. The lack of that goal would make Turkey the worst national in EURO, along with Denmark.
