Lofty Foods
These foods require a lot of energy to digest, and during sleep the process becomes more difficult. Do yourself a favor and avoid the swollen belly!

They speed up metabolism, they have coffee and they can let you up.

If you don't want to spend a terrible night because of the occasional sleep break.
