Lushaku for elections in Pristina: Citizens will not choose leaders and justice

Opinionist Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu has said a strong race is under way for Pristina's local elections.

The one in Rubikon of Kosovo has stated that citizens' awareness of the demand has been raised and that they will seek more concrete plans.

There is a contest in Pristina that will also be strong because of changes that have occurred in Kosovo's central governance. As we can see, there will be both innovations and very concrete platforms, and I think demand and civic consciousness have been raised and will require more concrete projects. Because local governance affects the citizen more directly, this awareness is even publicized in Pristina and especially in other cities. From local government, we are gaining citizen experience and convicting those who have been working”.

Lushaku-Sadriu has stressed that the candidate of the Democratic League of Pristina, Rama, views Rama as serious, adding that the AAK could not explode with any results as a party and the AKR would go into any coalition.

“If we start with LDK it has made a bold decision to select an architect, possibly to stress the main problems related to urbanism and architecture in Pristina. I see the LDK candidate as a serious candidate, who can bring in certain values that can be built on an idealism beyond the daily, possibly has lived abroad can bring about more idealistic projects and go beyond the bottom of the”.

“The AAK has made a traditional selection of someone who truly represents the party. I think as a party has limited platforms, traditionally it has not been able to expand even with professional candidates even for local governance, I don't think it could explode as a party with any results. AKR I think will be a coalition partner if the LDK wins, but not with LVV at”.

She has confirmed that the Ismajli Bridge and Arben Vitita would be proper candidates for the Democratic Party of Kosovo and for Vetevendosje Movement, even though these two politicians have only been rumoured to be representing their parties to be the first Pristina.

“While, in this next block it should be said that you do not know why there has been delay for The PDK is determined with the Pristina chairmanial candidate. Ismajli has been identified as a test candidate for Pristina years ago, posted some kind of image for Pristina in this election, and I think it would be a good selection for Pristina. PDK was doing it. Because candidate Ismajli, is a citizen of Pristina and recognises Pristina, could offer something Rama won't offer, the interior, in this analysis we lack schedule, we are analyzing what individuals and parties represent.

“For LVV, I would say that Vitia would be the most suitable candidate to have been talked about and experienced in the municipality, we have meter parameters, we have a preliminary government that we can measure to. I think of it as a positive candidacy”.

Political analyst has said she expects a change of electorate in Pristina.

The “expects an increase in the LDK electorate I expect government change, citizens will not choose completely and fairly, it is not good for a state like Kosovo. Pristina has seen it for two LVV mandates, we know what happened there are many unarranged problems, a change of government I think is necessary for Pristina”.
