Kosovo's Assembly has failed to secure sufficient votes for the dismissal of five members of the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service.
Only 55 MPs participated in the vote, so in the absence of quorum for decision-making, this agenda is being postponed.
The attempt to dismiss this Council was rejected by opposition parties, as it was named an arbitrary tendency to capture institutions.
MP The PDK, Memli Krasniqi, has reacted to Vetevendosje deputies, Armend Muja and Daorsa Kica-Jeli, saying it is trying to get Kosovo's Assembly back to “Political Court”.
“We need to talk beyond the download issue, here are two order of Vetevendosje that gave two different positions that are equal to two-face. That Mr. The muja talks there about the British Embassy project, which we're talking about why you didn't expect the embassy project to make the State Council of Quality but you've gone and named the angles you wanted, from the family from now on. Who are you with the treaty what violations of the article are made, are you judge? Since when is the Court Convention? You're trying to turn the decision into the Political Court. It's never happened in the history of the Parliament and in the Workers Groups to say it violated the law, what are the courts for? The trouble is to bring the Assembly back to trial, which members of the market who is breaking the law by civil servants” have said Krasniqi.
He has said legal violations should be investigated by other bodies, rather than by Kosovo Assembly deputies, while accusing Vetevendosje of acting in other institutions alike.
After failing to vote on the dismissal of KKPSHCK members, the Assembly has gone on pause.
