Kosovo Police Economic Crimes Director Downloaded

Nazim Sahiti has been dismissed from the position of director of the Directorate for Economic Crimes Investigation in the Kosovo Police.

According to Telegram, Musli Salihu has been appointed.

Sahiti was even further removed from his position, but with the court's decision he had returned to the post he had led so far.

The Court of Appeals has rejected as groundless the complaint exercised by the Kosovo Police, in the case where it had called for the annulment of the first degree act the former chief of economic crimes indictment in Kosovo Police, Nazim Sahiti, had been approved.

Thus, Apel has left the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina to take place on March 25, 2019, with which the decision to revamp Sahiti by the Kosovo Police was annulled.

Sahiti, through the indictment exercised on December 7th 2018, had called for the court to annul the decision of the Police Directorate General, with which he had stepped down from the position of director of the Directorate for Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigations in the Kosovo Police.

Approving Sahiti's indictment, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, had cancelled the Kosovo Police's decision to arrange Sahiti from the position of Economic Crimes Director of Officials for Quality Control at the Department of Borders. The foundation had forced Kosovo Police to return Sahiti to his former position.

Also, the Foundation had imposed the indictee on Sahiti to pay the salary gap and all other legal benefits in many of the 761.80 euros.

Against the Constitutional Act, the complaint at the Appeals had exercised the General Directorate of the Kosovo Police, which had proposed to Apel that the subject be restored to restoration or that he make the decision with which he would completely reject Sahiti's indictment.

By deciding on this complaint, the Appeals College, Enes Mehmeti, Frosina Sylejmani and Nehat Idrizi, have decided to reject the complaint while the Constitutional Court confirms it.

According to Appeal, the court's first-instance assessment and judicial position on this issue is fair and legitimate, since the indictment is not involved with substantial violations of the contextal procedure provisions.

Similarly, according to Appeal, material rights in this case have been applied fairly.

According to Apelit, the amended act is in co-ordination with pre-arrange regulatory definitions with the Kosovo Police Administrative Guide, number 04/2017.

The second-instance court ruling says that in the case of Sahiti's re-organization, there was a disrepute of Sahiti's superior law, as according to Apel, such action has not been undertaken in the spirit of regulation the UA 04/2017 prior, for working relationship with the Kosovo Police, because in such cases it must meet or exist to enable the employed resystem.
Also, Apel has refused both a complaint about Sahi's financial obligations.
