The Department of Border Police's investigation into a several-month investigation into co-operation with the State Prosecutor, under suspicion of carrying out the KP smuggling work with immigrants, this Saturday since 0400 o'clock in the morning has begun to implement the operational plan, the Eemigrant.
The operation has been held in two regions -- in the Mitrovica South region and in the Prizren region.
As a result of earlier investigations by the DPK's Investigation Sector and the assisting of other support KK units, checks have been conducted at 10 locations (houses, hotels and escort facilities).
During the search, 20 suspects have been arrested, including 14 Kosovo citizens, while six with citizenship from eastern countries (Irac, Syria and Palestine).

During the search, 20 suspects have been arrested, including 14 Kosovo citizens, while six with citizenship from eastern countries (Irac, Syria and Palestine).
During the search, material evidence such as the following has been found and seized: 22 mobile phones, 11 different vehicles, six rounds of callal 7.65 mm, a marathon, two packs of riszlo, three chip (music) phone cards, some sim card and a amount of monetary tools.
Following the completion of the procedures, with the prosecutor's decision by the Constitutional Prosecutor of the War Crimes in Mitrovica, were sent to the detention of 48 eleven suspected hours, while nine of them were released in regular procedure.
