A child is suspected to have lost his life in a self-accident that happened today in the municipality of Lipjan. Ardit Ajeti, resident of the village of Gadime of Lipjan, has been among the first to offer assistance after the accident. He says police and emergency assistance were delayed to provide adequate service.
“Around 14:10 minutes has occurred a self-accident where unfortunately a 13-year-old and two injured” has remained dead, he told RTV Dukagini.
We've called the police, they're too late. The ambulance about two and a half hours were delayed until it came, and even more recently it was not too late for us to be satisfied with this”, he explained.
“Didn't leave us (copy) with self-service to help him, said Ajjeti.
Police have been delayed for over 30 minutes. Lipjan's not far enough to delay that long, the citizen stressed.
“In this section there is police control and there are numerous accidents”, he added.
Kosovo Police spokeswoman in the Pristina region Flora Ahmeti has confirmed the news.
