Barcelona's Anainori suffered knee injury in France's draw of 1:1 to Hungary on Saturday, and the result will be missing in the rest of the tournament.
Demble had joined the second half as a substitute in Puscas Arena, when France was losing from Hungary, but was forced to be replaced by Thomas Lemar in the 87th minute after hurting his knee.
The news was confirmed by the French federation on social networks.
“Passy injured the knee in the 1:1 draw with Hungary, Ousmane Demble will be missing for the rest of Euro. We welcome a quick service to Osmanes!”, says France's announcement.
The World Champion defeated Germany in the group's opening match and stopped from Hungary by a single draw in the second match Saturday.
France is the leader of Group F a match before the end of the group phase and will face European champion Portugal in power Wednesday in Budapest.
Demblet's injury is a heavy blow to Coach Didier Deschamps, since Barcelona's star had a positive impact on the comparison with Hungary, changing the course of the game when it entered the field.
