British media have discovered the name of an Albanian, suspected that he met the United Kingdom with cannabis cocaine.

It's 36-year-old Fation Daut, who was expelled from Britain after losing his appeal to the Special Committee for Migration, SIAC, his residence card, which was removed from Home Office, the department responsible for immigration, security, law and order.
For keeping his name secret had an anonymous order through which he could be identified as B9, until today, when the Court of Appeals decided to lift this decision.

British Sunday Express reports that David, also known as Fation Dautaj, took advantage of the temporary residence in 2012, after marrying a Latvian woman. Permission was made permanent in August 2017, but Home Office revoted in September of 2019, based on intelligence information from the National Criminal Agency, NCA, which was investigating the criminal network but was unable to file charges against it.

Daut himself, according to British media, has denied involvement in the crime, and during the appeal he insisted that social recognition or tribal ties that he might have with some members of this network were used for making the decision against him.

That included his cousin, Alket Dauti, 33-year-old arrested by NCA officers in June of 2018 in hostage, south of London, two months after meeting with Daut, before being extradited to Belgium in January 2019, where he currently suffers a 10-year sentence of freedom for human trafficking.

In March, SIAC judges accepted Home Office claims and NCA that Dautaj would continue to be involved in criminal activity and would be a serious threat to the safety of British citizens if allowed to stay in this state.

The court found he had only one bank account, with limited revenues, however, enjoying nightclubs, luxury clothes and the latest cars such as Bentley, Range Rover and Jaguar. Apel also met with an attack taken outside a nightclub on a Bulgarian, the first hours of October 21, 2012, when the guard was stabbed near his heart, but managed to survive. In security videos it was Daut, fighting with the person in question and shortly after the event, the 36-year-old returned to Albania.

He was arrested and charged after returning to Britain, but the guard staff withdrew the indictment against Daut because they feared him and suspected they were paid to not co-operate with the police.

In March 2013, the case was fired for lack of evidence. Daut himself said he had been present at the scene, but had not been linked to the injury.
At the SIAC hearing, 36-year-old argued that the expulsion from Britain caused him and his wife great stress and that he wanted to continue his life with him in Britain.

During a hearing in 2017, an official of NCA said Dauti was considered “lider” of the Albanian criminal network. He said several persons were arrested during the investigation, seized several kilograms of cocaine and several illegal immigrants were detained, but there was not enough evidence to enable Daut's arrest. According to the official, the fact that Daut was able to stay legally in the United Kingdom granted him a status higher than other criminals in this country illegally.

Daut went to the UK at the age of 14. After wounding the guard at the nightclub, he returned for a short period in Tirana, where he fell prey to an assassination in his owned Piano Bar on the street of Elbasan on September 15, 2013. Seven bullets were fired on him, and David was wounded in his leg. The news was widely reflected in our media, and it said that the assassination was suspected of hiding conflicts over criminal activities in London or revenge.

Daut's name was so far kept hidden after 36-year-old himself argued before British authorities that although he was not involved in organised crime, if identified by name, those who were part of the gangs could truly believe he was, thus making him a potential target for criminals with strong interest in drug markets.

Sunday Express successfully argued that criminals are more likely to harm or kill rivals. The British newspaper argued it was in the public's interest to learn his identity, due to accusations of trafficking in human beings, which could give him the opportunity to illegally reenter the country and since his name was known in Albania since 2013 when he was injured in the assassination.
Eventually, British authorities decided to make his name public. Currently 36-year-old follows battle at Court of Appeal against SIAC who refused his return to Britain.
