The 40-day wake-up challenge, according to Nicole: For the next 40 days, try to wake up at the same time each day. If you are very ambitious, you can also choose to eat at the same time each day and go to bed at the same time each night.
In the ideal case, you should wake up and get up from bed by 7:00 in the morning and be ready to sleep by 10:00 p.m. If this time does not suit you, then follow the timetable that is best for you.
