A brief walk of up to 20 minutes can increase focus as a cup of coffee, according to research recently published in Nature Scientific Reports.

Researchers in this study, led by the director of the Western Gymnastics Laboratory and Health Psychological Association, Haris Papavess, examined short - term exercise ʹ that is, routine for 20 minutes against a dose of caffeine with almost a cup of coffee in terms of memory improvement and concentration at work.
