“Rates like these, cannot be treated, apart from the general social environment, reactions on occasion, produce no solutions to the challenges that await us as a society. The increase in phenomena and dangerous and extenuating cases are present, with a tendency to spread. Beatings, kindness, narcotics, violence, psychological and sexual abuses are at risk of turning into a phenomenon. So this is not just the responsibility of institutions, but of society in general”, Tahiri wrote on Facebook.
