As summer approaches quickly, many of us are looking for effective ways to remove some of the pounds we have gained during the cold months. According to experts, the best and healthy way to do this is to do this: a calories deficit, healthy eating, physical activity, and training. However, even these tricks can come to your aid.
#1 ) Switch dishes
According to gastrophy, dishes and dishes directly affect our eating habits. Form, size, or color of the plate can all determine how much food you eat.
First, avoid all large dishes, and use some smaller ones. This is because the same amount of food appears different in a large plate and in a small one. You know where we're going with this, right? On a small plate, you'll be given the idea that you've eaten more, as it would seem to have more food. This shift in size perception is called Delboeuf illusion.

#2 ) Choose the right color
It's not just the size of the plate. Color also plays a major role: You should use dishes that are very different from your food. Let's say you have a white plate and a red plate and you have to serve pasta with tomato sauce. Go with the much contrasting plate! If you want to go further, use more red dishes, as this color is considered to be “depleting appetite”.

Bonus: Drink water before you eat.
Before each meal, drink at least one full glass of water. The water will fill your stomach and perhaps you will eat less.
