Even if you've chosen the first tan on the beach, you should know there are some rules if you want to get the perfect color.

Prepare your skin from exposure by cleaning up a cleanup to remove dead cells and not forgetting about a uniform tan.

If you need to be compiled, let your skin relax for at least 24 hours to avoid unwanted frustrations.

Apply the cream/weed half an hour before exposure to the sun to make it effective. Apply it later in the day, if necessary.

Increase the exposure time gradually: Start by staying in the sun for 1 hour to reach a few more hours, both morning and afternoon. Make your skin gradually familiar with the sun, and remember that it has been covered in thick clothing for many months.
