True, urinary diseases (STU) are common among women, and those who are sexually active are the most endangered. Although urinating before and after engaging in sex reduces the risk of developing infections in the uriinary leaflet, the couple need not have a chronometer.
So if you don't feel the need to urinate, do not strengthen yourself. Just make sure you do that before you fall asleep.
After engaging in sexual relations or at any other moment of the day, never hold your urine because it can increase the number of bacteria and make infections worse. So do it when you come and you're stressed: hide in front-on direction.
If you have never had urinary or very rare infections and do not urinate immediately after sex, you can continue your routine. If it's never been a problem for you, then there's nothing wrong with not pissing on sex.
