In his speech, he said the delays made over these issues lower the credibility of the union.
“I want to talk about EU responsibility. We need to function efficiently as a community, without double standards inside and outside the EU. Rule of law, solidarity, etc. are the foundations upon which the power of the EU is based. Delays made by EU countries themselves lower credibility.
